Live music created a nice atmosphere during our stay. The room was a bit too noisy, especially at night.

The room offered a comfortable bed with soft sheets and pillows; I even ordered a set on Amazon. The vintage decor paired nicely with modern upgrades, especially the shower and backlit mirror. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for restful nights. there was no coffee maker, which was inconvenient. The narrow fridge struggled with to-go containers, and some curtains needed cleaning. While the lobby provided good coffee, the lack of in-room amenities felt like a missed opportunity.

Comfortable room, comfortable environment with a clean bed that allowed for a restful night's sleep and convenient shuttle service that made exploring the city effortless.
Absolutely impeccable.

The free shuttle service takes you anywhere you want like a personal driver. Each suite has a balcony for fresh air, and the restaurant serves delicious food that I keep craving.
No coffee maker in the room is a major letdown.

Unique Native American decor and complimentary shuttle service were great. Noise from nearby busy streets made it hard to relax at times.

The shuttle service was fantastic and super helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and the hot tub wasn't working.

Yo, my friends and I had a lit time hitting up the Railyard District fly shop and that sweet Santa Fe Jeep Tours! The fly shop hooked us up with dope gear, and the jeep tour was a wild ride!
The only thing missing for us party animals would be a rocking rooftop bar to keep the good times rolling all night long! .

Hotel Santa Fe boasts a beautifully designed lobby filled with inviting Santa Fe decor, perfect for relaxation. The friendly front desk staff and nearby Sage Bakehouse for breakfast are highlights. rooms need updates, including coffee amenities and better housekeeping to fully enhance the guest experience.

The decor is a beautiful homage to local culture and made me feel right at home! The staff went above and beyond, offering outstanding service and welcoming smiles. I loved the live Lakota flutist in the lobby - such a special touch!
Would definitely recommend ❤️😊

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed! The staff was friendly and always ready to help us with anything we needed.
It wasn't economical, but worth the experience.

I was really put off by the bathroom—hair everywhere and a sewage-like smell in the hallway that made my stomach turn. It’s frustrating to pay a hefty rate for that kind of cleanliness and odor.

Absolutely stunning property showcasing Native American culture. Warm, friendly staff add to the welcoming vibe. Unique decor and a roaring fire create an inviting atmosphere. The shuttle service is a huge perk—efficient and knowledgeable drivers. Proximity to Whole Foods and a delightful bakery is a major advantage. the room had significant drawbacks. Only one electrical socket for laptops? Lighting was inconsistent, leading to awkward lamp controls. The heating issue took too long to resolve, and communication fell flat during that time. Despite the ambiance, food disappoints; specific desserts lacked flavor and quality. Parking is cramped, which might frustrate larger vehicles. There’s potential here, but improvements are necessary to meet expectations.

While staying at the beautiful location in Santa Fe, we experienced unforgettable family-friendly Santa Fe Jeep Tours, exploring the stunning landscapes and learning about the local culture through enjoyable excursions.
My wife says that providing more child-friendly dining options would have enhanced our family experience.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free shuttle service was a total lifesaver, making it super convenient to get around without worrying about parking. The coffee bar was a nice touch, providing a quick caffeine boost before heading out to sightsee.
The lack of daily maid service was a major downside, especially considering the high price of the stay. Having to request basic amenities like soap and toilet paper was frustrating.

A cozy room with fun New Mexican dining and relaxing spa treatments. It's like getting a hug from a cactus. I even explored foot reflexology - turns out my toes know more about me than I do.
Who needs hot water or clean glasses? Certainly not this fancy hotel!

Our room was on the smaller side and unfortunately didn't have a coffee maker or microwave, which would have been convenient. It did have two safes, which seemed odd. The sofa in the suite was pretty uncomfortable and crowded the space. the hotel offered a free shuttle service that took us wherever we wanted to go and picked us up, which was a fantastic amenity. The southwestern architecture was beautiful, with rooms facing different directions. The art throughout the property was stunning, adding to the ambiance. The restaurant had excellent food, and the fireplaces in the dining room and bar were charming and cozy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. there were some downsides. The room tended to get hot in the afternoon, and the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable on one of the beds. Housekeeping was delayed in cleaning the room, and there was an issue with the power being turned off, causing some food to spoil. It would have been nice to have more consistent housekeeping services. the atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, and the front desk staff were wonderful. there were some issues with check-in and reservations, which could have been handled better by the staff.

The free shuttle bus was a lifesaver, always ready to take you where you wanted to go. Each room being a suite was a pleasant surprise, with a kitchenette and a cozy balcony for some fresh air. The southwest architecture and beautiful art scattered around added a unique charm to the stay.
The staff lacked attentiveness, with delays in room readiness and key issues. The tiny bathrooms and parking spaces were a major inconvenience, making it challenging to maneuver comfortably.
